Harriett Meloy (1916-2006) throughout her manyyears of residing in Helena, Montana, was involved in numerous civic andgovernmental organizations. The involvements concerned a variety of issues e.g.education, city/county planning, women, the arts, historic preservation, andmore. Her papers (1955-1996) consists of reports, minutes, correspondence, printmaterial, and other records compiled during her work with these variousorganizations and groups.
